Due to the seriousness of COVID-19, EFCU is making every effort to keep our members and employees safe by limiting contact.
The following procedures will help you complete basic transactions during this time.
A basic deposit of cash and/or checks can be done through our ATM or Remote Teller machines (please limit # of bills or checks to 30 per transaction). A check deposit can be done through the ATM/Remote Teller machines (please limit to 30 checks), but can also be made through Online Banking with Mobile Deposit. The cutoff time for mobile deposit is 1:55 PM to get credit between 3:00 and 4:00 PM the same day.

*A card is not needed to use the Remote Teller machine. Just touch the screen and a live teller will help you. You may opt out of signing the screen if you would like. If you use the ATM, a card is required along with your pin number.

Cashiers Checks and Money Orders
These items are still available through our Spring Creek Branch. If you are not able to go to the Spring Creek Branch, you may withdraw cash from the ATM or Remote Teller machine then go to a local grocery store or postal facility to have a money order made.
To make a loan payment, please call 775.738.4083, or you may do so at our ATM or Remote Teller machines. If you are taking cash off of cards at other financial institutions, you may call 775.738.1056 and the transaction can be conducted over the phone without any fees to you.
Please ask for deposit bags at the front door of our Elko branch or in the Drive-thru at our Spring Creek branch. To drop off a deposit bag, please do so at the front door of our Elko branch or in the Drive-thru or Night Deposit box at our Spring Creek branch.
If you need to get coin, please call 775.738.4083 and ask to speak with a teller. They will prepare your coin and make an appointment for you to pick it up at the front door.
