Online & Mobile Banking Outages

On December 6, Elko Federal Credit Union will be upgrading our digital banking platform to introduce an improved member experience.  To prepare for this exciting change we will be experiencing outages for some Online & Mobile Banking services.

Bill Pay: New payments will not be able to be scheduled from November 29-December 5
*Payments scheduled prior to November 29th will go through as scheduled.

Online Banking: There will be no access to your account through online banking from December 2-December 5.
*All members will need to log into online banking on or after December 6th using their current Username and last four digits of their social security number as a temporary password.

Mobile App: Elko FCU on the Go will not be available for download from November 15-December 5.  You will not have access to your account through mobile banking December 2-December 5.  On December 6th all members will need to download the NEW Elk FCU on the Go app.

Telephone Banking: Members will not have access to telephone banking December 2-December 5.

Members will have access to their debit cards and ATM’s for access to money in their accounts during this time.
